Stayed over Christmas and was looking forward to a comfortable stay. Loved the very convenient location with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. the room size was great and had nice views. the breakfast was delicious and the variety of food options was amazing! Enjoyed the gym facilities which were spacious with good equipment.

The hotel didn't live up to its reputation. the staff were not very friendly and didn't seem particularly interested in helping us.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the new subway station, close to the major shopping areas, museums, and right in the dead center of town. the room is spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the city. the bathroom is clean and well-equipped with toiletries. the staff offers great service, friendly and attentive, especially in the business center. Breakfast is quite good, with a wide range of options. the hotel boasts excellent facilities, such as a fitness center and spa, and offers a lot of room advantages, like complimentary water and tea.

It seems that the hotel could improve its English language skills among staff in places where they have direct interaction with customers, such as restaurants or the beauty salon.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities that are sure to spoil guests. the spa center and steam room are fantastic, as is the bar area with a wide range of drinks. the restaurant is top, notch with chefs who know how to create artful dishes that taste amazing. the service is excellent, and the staff are always friendly and eager to help.

Although everything is faultless, there was a slight issue with the in, room breakfast service slightly coming late. It could be unnerving with morning plans.

The hotel offered the perfect romantic escape with its cosy and comfortable rooms. The bed was huge and the curtains assured a peaceful night's rest. The breakfast had a variety of options ranging from Western to Eastern dishes. the staff took great care to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible.

The hotel is centrally located with many restaurants close by, but the shopping was on the expensive side. the hotel lacked a pool.
